About the SHRED SHED

Our spacious Killington home is approximately 3,000 square feet, offering plenty of room for groups and families to spread out, relax, and enjoy their time together.

The Shred Shed comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests in beds, making it an ideal home base for a ski weekend, family getaway, or group trip to Killington. With a cozy mountain-home feel and thoughtfully designed spaces for gathering and relaxing, there’s room for everyone to feel at home.

Below is a detailed overview of the home’s layout and sleeping arrangements.

Main entry area with storage, ski and snowboard racks and bench seating. Laundry closet with washer and dryer.

BEDROOM 1: with two solid wood twin beds

BEDROOM 2: King memory foam bed with en suite bathroom with stand-up shower

BEDROOM 3: Two memory foam beds (one full, one queen) and restroom with stand-up shower off common area

BEDROOM 4: Two bunk beds with full sized lower and twin upper (sleeps 4-6) and en suite bathroom with stand-up shower

BEDROOM 5: One bunk bed with memory foam twin upper and lower.

BEDROOM 6: One queen memory foam mattress bed, dresser and two nightstands.

BEDROOM 7: One queen memory foam mattress bed, dresser, two nightstands and side chair. 

MAIN LIVING AREA with open floor plan. Beautiful stone fireplace, stereo with AUX cable and 50" flat screen TV.

Kitchen with pale oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances and counter stools. Large refrigerator, beverage refrigerator and gas stove.

DINING AREA adjacent to kitchen with dining table and 8 dining chairs.

GAME ROOM with pool table, foosball table, darts,  electric fireplace  and stereo system.

HOT TUB- Glass sliders off of hot tub lead way to the deck with hot tub

Minimum Age Limit for "Primary Renters" is 25

Noise must be controlled after 11PM, failure to do so will result in neighbors calling the police

No smoking 

No Pets

The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled between each rental.  Please abide by the following rules:

HOT TUB RULES

1. All users must be 16 years of age or older.
2. Hot tub capacity is 8 participants
3. A time  limit of 15 minutes must be observed due to the fatiguing effects of prolonged use of the hot tub.
4. Pregnant women may not use the hot tub
5. Elderly participants, and/or participants with respiratory or cardiopulmonary problems, should not use the hot tub without prior medical approval from their doctor.
6. Any participant having a skin disease, nasal or ear discharge, communicable diseases, or who is wearing any king of bandage will not be permitted in the hot tub.
7. Participants having any considerable areas of exposed sub-skin tissue, open blisters, cuts, sunburn, etc. are warned that these are likely to become infected.
